Provided here are VCF files produced by the PanVariants v1.0 based on the GRCh38 reference genome using DNBSEQ T1+ PCR-Free 35x sequencing data.
The dataset comprises small variants (SNVs+INDELs) for samples HG001-HG007, and structural variants (SVs) for samples HG001-HG002.
