Description
This article, based on an analysis of high-tech armed conflicts in the third decade of the 21st century, examines fundamental changes in two important components of military art – operational art and tactics. The author attempts to provide a scientific justification for the use of digital technologies, reconnaissance and strike systems, and unmanned aerial vehicles to ensure battlefield transparency, as well as the decentralization of command and control systems.
