This article analyzes the issues of optimizing management processes in trade unions through the use of digital technologies from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The impact of electronic management systems, digital platforms, and automated information systems on management efficiency is examined. Based on the research findings, scientific and practical recommendations aimed at advancing digital transformation in trade union activities have been developed.
