New Consigliere Occupational Standard Version 1.0 (20 April 2026)

The New Consigliere Occupational Standard Version 1.0 is the first formal framework in history that defines, codifies and protects the 5000-year-old role of the Principal Advisor / Consigliere as a distinct profession.

This release includes all seven blocks:

• Block I: Definition of a Profession & Occupational Boundaries
• Block II: Occupational Profile & Working Situations
• Block III: Ten Core Competencies (3 levels of mastery)
• Block IV: Eight Knowledge Domains
• Block V: Assessment & Certification Criteria
• Block VI: Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct
• Block VII: Governance of the Standard
