Mouse brain volume calculation

This repository contains the code used to calculate mouse brain regional volumes from previously published annotation datasets. The script processes input data and generates quantitative values for total brain volume and individual brain regions, including telencephalon, diencephalon, midbrain, and hindbrain, across developmental time points, as presented in Supplementary Fig. 13b. The annotation files for each developmental stage were obtained from https://kimlab.io/brain-map/DevCCF/ and are not included in this repository.
