Sp7_Knockout_Projection_Rdata

This .RData file contains two Seurat v5 objects designed to work with the 03_Sp7_Knockout_Projection.R script to reproduce the major analyses. pbmc_yours is generated from the integrated subclusters of 1M, 3M, 16M scRNA-seq datasets (GSE145477)  and 8M scRNA-seq datasets (GSE285020) according to 01_Kcnk2_aging_scRNAseq.R script. pbmc_public is an osteogenic subclusters of scRNA-seq datasets (GSE154719) according to 01_Kcnk2_aging_scRNAseq.R script. All the related scripts are located in 10.5281/zenodo.19570478.
