Memorandum of Understanding for the operations of the Circular, Sustainable, and Biobased Coating Cluster
Description
This is a memorandum of understanding set up for starting a technical collaboration across several projects funded by the European Union, mostly under the Horizon Europe programme and the Circular Bio-Based Europe Joint Partnership.
The focus of this specific cluster is on coatings: Circular, Sustainable, and Biobased.
What is technical clustering?
Technical Clustering means liaising with existing projects working on coatings to establish regular formats for exchanging progress and sharing our consolidated knowledge, and setting up joint activities with the sister project.
The final activity will be the organisation of a joint policy briefing to share results with policymakers.

The ultimate goal of this activity is to facilitate a technical exchange among expert researchers, ensuring that our voices are stronger together when presenting project results and policy recommendations as policy briefings to policymakers.
The Cluster's facilitator is European Bioplastics.
