بحث أضواء على الأوضاع السياسية في سورية في عهد شكري القوتلي (1945-1961)

Abstract:

This study examines the political situation in Syria during the presidency of Shukri al-Quwatli (1945-1961), a critical period following independence marked by constitutional crises and military coups.

The research analyzes domestic and foreign policies, the social and sectarian factors affecting political stability, and the role of political parties and military leaders.

It also aims to clarify how these policies influenced the formation of the modern Syrian state and its relative stability, highlighting both the achievements and shortcomings of al-Quwatli’s rule.

ملخص:

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة الأوضاع السياسية في سورية خلال فترة حكم شكري القوتالي (1945-1961)، التي شكلت مرحلة حاسمة بعد الاستقلال ومرور البلاد بعدة أزمات دستورية وانقلاب عسكرية.

يركز البحث على تحليل السياسة الداخلية والخارجية، والعوامل الاجتماعية والطائفية المؤثرة على الاستقرار السياسي، بالإضافة إلى دراسة دور الأحزاب السياسية والقيادات العسكرية.

كما يهدف البحث إلى توضيح كيفية تأثير هذه السياسات على تأسيس الدولة السورية الحديثة واستقرارها النسبي، مع دراسة الإيجابيات والسلبيات الناتجة عن حكم القوتالي.
