1. Composite role-level dataset (CSV) — 3,445 canonical roles with national base median (nominal and cost-adjusted), year-over-year delta, total compensation estimate, equity median, bonus median, signing bonus median, and BLS SOC code per row.
2. Free Summary edition (PDF, 7 pages) — executive thesis, five macro findings, external corroboration, 2029 forward projection, and Operator recommendation for founders and compensation teams.
3. AI Compensation Report Enterprise edition (PDF, 41 pages) — eight deep-dive sections on AI role compensation, geography, and capability premiums, skills projections, remote differentials, and entry-level trajectories.
4. Other Roles Report Enterprise edition (PDF, 37 pages) — seven deep-dive sections covering non-AI role families, leveling frameworks , industry verticals, geography, and executive compensation.
Data sources: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OES), U.S. Department of Labor H-1B Labor Condition Application filings, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission 10-K and proxy statement disclosures, and aggregated data from 50+ job-posting platforms. Cost-adjusted medians divide nominal by Bureau of Economic Analysis Regional Price Parity per metropolitan area.
