Presente para Professor Presente: Manual de Sobrevivência para Quem Ainda Olha nos Olhos é um manifesto e um guia prático de resistência pedagógica destinado a educadores que enfrentam a precarização, a burocracia e a desumanização do sistema de ensino contemporâneo.
Numa era marcada pela "necropolítica digital", pelo avanço da Inteligência Artificial (IA) e pela exigência de uma produtividade algorítmica, esta obra propõe o resgate do vínculo, do olhar e da ética do cuidado — materializada no conceito ancestral do Kuidá.
Fugindo às narrativas tóxicas da autoajuda e da resiliência passiva, o livro recusa a ideia de que o professor deve ser um mero transmissor de dados. Em vez disso, partilha ferramentas práticas, reflexões decoloniais e "hacks" de tradução institucional que permitem aos docentes humanizar a educação, furar a rigidez do sistema e proteger o processo de aprendizagem dos alunos, sem adoecerem no processo.

Abstract (English)
A Gift for the Present Teacher: A Survival Manual for Those Who Still Look in the Eyes is a manifesto and a practical guide of pedagogical resistance aimed at educators facing the precariousness, bureaucracy, and dehumanization of the contemporary education system.
In an era marked by "digital necropolitics", the advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the demand for algorithmic productivity, this work proposes the rescue of connection, the human gaze, and the ethics of care—materialized in the ancestral concept of Kuidá.
Escaping the toxic narratives of self-help and passive resilience, the book rejects the idea that the teacher should be a mere transmitter of data. Instead, it shares practical tools, decolonial reflections, and institutional translation "hacks" that allow teachers to humanize education, pierce the rigidity of the system, and protect the students' learning process without falling ill in the process.
