Description
This repository contains the core R scripts implementing the processing pipeline used to compute Energy Balance Closure (EBC) metrics from eddy-covariance flux data across 84 sites (38 ICOS, 46 NEON). The pipeline covers radiometric corrections, computation of energy storage terms, and EBC quantification via OLS and RMA regression across multiple temporal scales and stratification factors. Output files produced by this pipeline are deposited in the companion data repository (see Related Identifiers). See EBC_code_README.md for full documentation of scripts, required input data, and R environment.
