TEACHING AND LEARNING ENGLISH LANGUAGE BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Artificial intelligence is becoming an important part of English language education. It helps teachers prepare materials, supports students with instant feedback, and creates more flexible conditions for learning. At the same time, uncontrolled use of AI may cause plagiarism, weak independent thinking, and overdependence on machine-generated responses. This article examines the main advantages and risks of AI in teaching and learning English and argues that AI should be used as a support tool under teacher guidance.
