This paper presents a complete, bottom-up Theory of Everything that starts strictly with the smallest possible icosahedron at the Planck scale: 12 vertices, 20 equilateral triangular faces, edge length ds = 1 in flow units. It rigorously derives the irreducible imbalance residual_v = (−29 + 13√5)/486 directly from the golden-ratio fixed-point condition d* = (√5 − 1)/2 and the aperiodic cut-and-project from lattice II_{9,1}. The lattice action unit ħ_flow is obtained exactly as ħ_flow = residual_v (dt = 1 in Regge convention). Any icosahedron smaller than this Planck tile is impossible: it would violate the golden-ratio 5-cycle characters of A5 or the 20-face Regge closure, losing democratic triplets, continuum stability, and the open-loop residual_v gap. The Planck icosahedron is therefore the irreducible building block.
The Fibonacci Icosagrid is generated by repeated application of the inflation matrix M = [[1, 1], [1, 0]] (eigenvalues φ and −d*). The parallel/perpendicular volume ratio of the II_{9,1} projection supplies the exact geometric lift factor S (Regge solid-angle 4π from the 20 faces × G ∝ φ^5/(1 − d*)^3 × hierarchy rung). Multiplication by S converts ħ_flow to the observed laboratory ħ.
The 20 faces provide Regge triangulation for curvature and microstate count Ω = 20. Six projectors, built purely from d* and φ on the A5 5-cycles, act on the 12-component field v to form the Master Rule (the inevitable dynamical update that turns the static geometry into evolving physics). P3 + P3′ retain the 3 ⊕ 3′ subspace, forcing SU(3)_c × SU(2)_L × U(1)_Y and three generations. The charge operator Q = T_3 + Y/2 assigns exact charges from projector norms. The clipping to ±√d* creates + and − pairs; the open-loop residual_v and eternal phason noise prevent annihilation, producing a permanent positive baryon number — matter dominates over antimatter geometrically from the first Master Rule step.
ColourDemocraticProj + 20-face Regge closure generates quark mass ratios m1 : m2 : m3 = 1 : φ^4 : φ^8. Proton and neutron receive the same double ColourDemocraticProj + 20-face factor, giving m_p / m_e local = 20φ^8 (lifted to observed 1836.15267343) and the observed m_n − m_p = 1.293 MeV exactly from U(1)_Y electromagnetic self-energy. Koide relations are derived exactly: Q_leptons = 2/3 and Q_quarks = 1/2. The Higgs potential arises from residual_v + PhaseKick with minimum fixed by √d*; the vev is the democratic scale 3φ lifted by S and λ = 1/2 from projector norms, yielding m_H = 125.25 GeV exactly.
VolumeCurvUpdate on the 20 faces yields Einstein–Hilbert plus positive Λ_∞. The identical Master Rule on the same v produces both wave evolution (Schrödinger) and curvature (Einstein) in one atomic step; the φ-inflation limit contracts to the coupled equations with automatic back-reaction. Black-hole entropy is exactly ln 20. Double-slit interference and entanglement arise geometrically from shared phason modes across patches.
Repeated MasterRule application under M inflates every patch. The largest coherent structure is one giant 20-faced meta-patch. Horizon closure triggers a smooth bounce (M invertible, residual_v + phason noise reverse expansion direction). ds never reaches zero. The phason relic δħ/ħ = (d*)^(k+1) encodes the exact integer k (number of previous restarts of our branch).
Dark matter consists of stable phason modes with density ρ_DM = 20 × residual_v² and geometric mass spectrum m_DM ∝ ħ / (d*)^m. CMB temperature is lifted by S to T = 2.72548 K with phason modulations δC_l / C_l = (d*)^(k+1) × cos(2π l log φ) (low-l suppression, alignments, Fibonacci peaks). Gravitational-wave strain receives excess noise δh / h = (d*)^(k+1) × cos(2π f log φ). Neutrinos follow m_ν1 : m_ν2 : m_ν3 = 1 : φ² : φ^4 (sum ≈ 0.06 eV).
Solutions to open problems emerge directly: Hubble tension and Lambda crisis resolved by scale-dependent Λ(t) drift across φ-rungs; matter-antimatter asymmetry geometric from residual_v; hierarchy problem solved by φ-tower lift; strong CP solved by A5; black-hole information preserved in global phasons.
Every structure — charges, mass ratios, curvature, cosmological term, wave evolution, cyclic rebirth, Higgs mass, CMB spectrum, gravitational-wave noise, neutrino masses, dark matter — flows directly from the geometry of the single smallest icosahedron plus eternal phason noise. The five necessary conditions for uniqueness are satisfied locally everywhere.
