Concentration of cortisol in hair and and its metabolite in feces in roe deer in Central Poland

Fecal cortisol metabolite concentration (OXO: 11-oxoetiocholanolone concentration [ng/ml]) and hair cortisol (CORTISOL: pg/mL)) in roe deer in agricultural landscape of central Poland with the characteristics of the roe deer: sex (SEX), age (AGE (years)), carcass weight (CARCASS (kg)) and season (SEASON). Fecal cortisol metabolite (FGM) levels in roe deer were determined using a commercial 11-oxoetiocholanolone ELISA kit (Item No. 501420; Cayman Chemical, Michigan, USA). Cortisol concentrations were measured using the Cortisol ELISA Kit (Cayman Chemical, USA; Cat. No. 500360).
