foRward: Update of 0.0.4 with no new features, but there is an interface change
Description
The functions for sampling from populations have been changed to be more "lapply-friendly", so that the user can call them without having to manually specify the argument names.
The change boils down to changing this:
sample.single.deme(rng,pop,...)
to
sample.single.deme(pop,rng,...)
