The General Theory of Regulated Stability (GTRS)
Description
Abstract
This manuscript formalizes the General Theory of Regulated Stability (GTRS), a scale-
invariant framework governing the persistence of complex systems. By deriving the α < 1
Variational Principle from non-equilibrium thermodynamics and structural topology, we
establish a mathematical link between quantum vacuum fluctuations, ecological resilience, and
neural attractor basins. Central to this theory is the Macrostate Buffer (ΔS_crit), which defines
the survival threshold during phase transitions. This Grand Synthesis serves as the
foundational grammar for validating interventions in all regulated systems.
