We show that four frameworks for consciousness and quantum gravity — the Free Energy Principle (FEP), Integrated Information Theory (IIT), Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch-OR), and Loop Quantum Gravity (LQG) — each carry a specific known derivation gap, and that all four gaps are closed simultaneously by the self-concordant logarithmic barrier V = −ln det(X) on the exceptional Jordan algebra J₃(𝕆), together with its induced contact structure. The Markov blanket is the 24-dimensional slice of J₃(𝕆). The integration measure is the contact volume α∧dα. The objective reduction trigger is the bracket threshold {L,R,C} = φ⁻². The Immirzi parameter is three numbers at three scales — coordinate projections of the golden orbit — not a free parameter but a frame problem.Valence co-emerges with identity as the sign of the barrier gradient at the blanket boundary. The IIT exclusion axiom is a theorem (uniqueness of the Reeb attractor). Bohm's holomovement is the Reeb flow. The substrate is Cahill's Dynamical 3-Space — a liquid quasicrystal of ZEO causal diamonds. Two independent anaesthetic studies confirm sequential C→R→L temporal-axis decoupling.
