Sustainable Materials for Coatings: Presentations

A workshop exploring which novel materials can be used for sustainable, circular and biobased coatings. With contributions from leading EU-funded projects, including BLUECOAT, SUPREME, BIO4COAT, BIO-SUSHY and others, this session shared tools, methodologies, and case studies from across the innovation ecosystem.

Aims of the event:

• Exchange practical insights and experiences on the design and development of circular, sustainable, and biobased coatings, while showcasing the outputs of European-funded projects.
• Facilitate dialogue across the innovation landscape.
• Gather interest in the Coating Cluster: A cluster of projects and initiatives working on circular, sustainable and biobased coatings. The cluster is facilitated by European Bioplastics.

Audience

Industry and research representatives working on biobased coatings and interested in learning more about novel coating materials.
