FUTURE4PRIMA D3.1 — Euro-Mediterranean R&I Policy Mapping and Good Practices Dataset

Primary structured data compiled under WP3 of the FUTURE4PRIMA project (Horizon Europe, GA 101131632). Collected through systematic desk review of national R&I policy documents across 19 Euro-Mediterranean countries (January–May 2025). Contains: 8 analytical policy dimensions with definitions and indicators; 5 barrier typologies aligned with D2.1 gap categories; good practice classification criteria; country-level assessments on interoperability relevance and partnership readiness for all 19 countries; a catalogue of 22 identified good practices across 16 countries; a 5-attribute policy maturity framework for EU Member States; and 13 policy recommendations. Methodology: Qualitative Document Analysis using Hybrid Coding with Investigator Triangulation; partner validation for 16 of 19 countries. No personal data. This dataset constitutes the evidence base from which FUTURE4PRIMA Deliverable D3.1 was produced.
