“Food Powers Your Body” is an educational comic that explores, in an accessible and visually engaging way, the importance of nutrition for human health.
The work addresses topics such as cellular nutrition and the processes through which cells obtain energy, explaining scientific concepts through narrative and illustration. In addition, it highlights the Mediterranean lifestyle as a balanced and sustainable model, emphasizing its benefits for well-being and disease prevention.
Aimed at a broad audience, particularly students and the educational community with adolescents being the main target, this comic seeks to promote health literacy and encourage the adoption of healthy eating habits through a creative approach that combines science and storytelling.
