SAE Biology Notes 4: Transplant Rejection and Consciousness-Mediated Regulation / 排异反应与意识调节

Authors/Creators

Description

This paper repositions transplant rejection within the Self-as-an-End (SAE) framework as a biological projection of 9DD (Selection) Step 1 "label-without-constructing" function, and establishes a multi-channel active regulatory pathway from 13DD (self-consciousness) to 9DD (immune selection), with independent empirical support at every intervening layer. Two nontrivial predictions are proposed: (1) directed organ-ownership meditation may serve as an adjunct to reduce transplant-specific rejection markers (targeting chronic rejection and long-term tolerance maintenance); (2) purpose in life, as a candidate proxy for 14DD, should correlate with lower rejection risk in transplant patients. Both predictions have indirect empirical support but the critical experiment — directly measuring psychological intervention effects on rejection events — has never been conducted. Chinese is the authoritative version; the English version is an independent rewrite.
