ELICIT Phase 1: Pre-Registered Confirmatory Test of Cx = Φ × C² Across 7 Physical Substrates

Pre-registration deposit for ELICIT Phase 1. Tests whether the coherence operator Cx = Φ × C² discriminates between pre-specified physical regimes across 7 substrates (atmospheric, solar irradiance, epidemiological, financial, seismic, geomagnetic, neurological) under Bonferroni FWER correction at α/7 = 0.00714.
