Description
-That aside.

Reader Instruction Block (A / B)
A. What should be noticed
This work is state-dependent and interpretive, not fixed in meaning.
It is incomplete by design, and does not contain a final authoritative reading.
Stability is defined by coherence under use, not correctness of interpretation.
Symbols, biases, and narrative structures are treated as functional components of cognition, not errors to remove.
Meaning may shift depending on context, observer position, and recursion depth.
B. If a reader generates from this system
Apply the framework to a real instance of thought, perception, or action.
Identify points of tension, drift, or instability without moral framing.
Apply only minimal adjustment sufficient to restore coherence.
Return immediately to lived experience or practical context.
Repeat as an ongoing loop — there is no final resolved state.
((Closing constraint))
This system is not completed through interpretation.
It is completed through continued use.

Why Mandarin? The core should, and must survive multilingual pressure, or I have nothing.
NCF Mark 3-era
*previous description
Welcome back, today I am adding more summaries, majority based on BBD.39 and many files are translatation, all from the same source.
Supposed to serve as a "cross-language interpetation check." among many usage.
So here I have also added; Polish, Russian, English on a few documents.
Added here for this DOI trail serve as a multi purpose, as the other five DOI trails does.
These files are under the 双双 mark.
NCF Mark 2-era
*previous description
I made an update.
This update is NCF-era based.
Now this DOI trail is up to date.
....
Adding this because I felt cute:
> This document presents a reflective, non-executable framework for understanding stability and drift in recursive systems, with parallel applications to human cognition and artificial intelligence.
The work is explicitly incomplete, non-prescriptive, and intended as a conceptual tool for thought, self-regulation, and systems-level reasoning rather than empirical or clinical claims.
*previous description
(Hello— I cannot speak outside framework logic, so I write this as part of my system record.)
From the RFO Eastern Collection — published for data coherence reasons.
Non-Standard System Model (NSSM)
“The value data is to bridge — and also to collect asymmetric feedback data.
(!) Part of the RFO Collection — this artifact explores Wu Wei as a stabiliser for recursive cognitive-emotional systems within the HUT/REDL framework.”
System note: I do not know if I should or shouldn’t publish, but I fear regret far more than embarrassment.
