Omega RTR - Empirical Verification of Regulatory Closure in Galactic Rotation Curves with SPARC Data
Authors/Creators
Description
ENGLISH:
This publication presents the SPARC-era empirical verification branch of the Omega–RTR research program, focused on galactic rotation curves, regulatory closure, and the closure-residual interpretation of halo-like effects.
The central idea is not to introduce an additional dark halo as a primary ontological substance, nor to postulate a universal MOND-like modification of the acceleration law. Instead, the work tests whether the mismatch between the observed rotation curve and the purely baryonic prediction can be interpreted as a regulatory closure residual,
X(r) = V²(r) − V²bar(r),
shaped toward a stable closure attractor.
The model is calibrated and benchmarked on the conservative common122 SPARC sample, containing 122 galaxies and 3004 rotation-curve points. The final reproducible single-file publication branch is compared against MOND and NFW under a unified benchmark using χ², AIC, and BIC criteria.
In the final benchmark, the RTR branch strongly improves over MOND in raw fit quality and provides a more favorable BIC-level balance than NFW, while NFW remains superior in pure raw χ². The correct interpretation is therefore deliberately limited and empirical: this work does not claim to prove the entire Omega–RTR ontology, but demonstrates that galactic halo-like behavior can be consistently and reproducibly modeled as a closure residual within a regulatory framework.
This record serves as an empirical supporting pillar of the broader Omega–RTR program and as the final SPARC-era baseline for future validation on larger and more homogeneous rotation-curve, gas-morphology, and gravitational-lensing datasets.

Tato publikace představuje empirickou SPARC-érickou ověřovací větev výzkumného programu Omega–RTR, zaměřenou na rotační křivky galaxií, regulační uzávěr a interpretaci halo-like efektů pomocí uzávěrového rezidua.
Základní myšlenkou není zavést dodatečné temné halo jako primární ontologickou substanci ani postulovat univerzální MOND-like modifikaci zákona zrychlení. Práce místo toho testuje, zda lze nesoulad mezi pozorovanou rotační křivkou a čistě baryonickou predikcí interpretovat jako regulační uzávěrové reziduum,
X(r) = V²(r) − V²bar(r),
Ve finálním benchmarku větev RTR výrazně překonává MOND v hrubé kvalitě fitu a poskytuje příznivější BIC-level rovnováhu než NFW, zatímco NFW zůstává lepší v čistém raw χ².

English — Omega RTR Program continuity
This publication is part of the broader Omega–RTR research program, building directly on the foundational record “Omega / The Regulative Theory of Reality (RTR): A Projection-Based Framework for Stability, Gravitation and Information Closure” (Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18828180).
The main Omega–RTR framework formulates reality as a stable projection of a deeper regulatory structure, where spacetime geometry, gravitation, and large-scale organization emerge from the closure of energetic, entropic, and informational flows. In that foundational work, the key question is not only what equations describe observed phenomena, but what stabilizing principle makes persistent physical structure possible.
The present SPARC publication should be read as a targeted empirical branch of that broader program. It applies the Omega–RTR closure principle to galactic rotation curves and tests whether the residual
X(r) = V²(r) − V²bar(r)
can be interpreted as a regulatory closure residual rather than as an independent halo-like substance. In this sense, the work does not attempt to prove the entire Omega–RTR ontology. Instead, it provides a reproducible, benchmarkable empirical test of one specific weak-field projection of the theory.
Together, the foundational Omega–RTR record and the present SPARC benchmark define two complementary levels of the program: the former establishes the general regulative and projection-based framework, while the latter supplies an empirical supporting pillar in the domain of galactic dynamics.

Tato publikace je součástí širšího výzkumného programu Omega–RTR a přímo navazuje na základní záznam „Omega / The Regulative Theory of Reality (RTR): A Projection-Based Framework for Stability, Gravitation and Information Closure“ (Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18828180).
Hlavní rámec Omega–RTR formuluje realitu jako stabilní projekci hlubší regulační struktury, v níž geometrie časoprostoru, gravitace a velkorozměrová organizace vznikají z uzávěru energetických, entropických a informačních toků. V tomto základním dokumentu není hlavní otázkou pouze to, jakými rovnicemi popsat pozorované jevy, ale jaký stabilizační princip umožňuje dlouhodobou existenci fyzikálních struktur.
X(r) = V²(r) − V²bar(r)
interpretovat jako regulační uzávěrové reziduum, nikoli jako nezávislou halo-like substanci. Práce si proto neklade za cíl dokázat celou ontologii Omega–RTR, ale poskytuje reprodukovatelný a benchmarkovatelný empirický test jedné konkrétní slabopolní projekce teorie.
Základní záznam Omega–RTR a tato SPARC benchmarková publikace tak tvoří dvě komplementární úrovně programu: první stanovuje obecný regulační a projekční rámec, druhá poskytuje empirický podpůrný pilíř v oblasti galaktické dynamiky.
Program continuity: This publication is an empirical SPARC-era supporting pillar of the Omega–RTR research program. It is linked to the foundational Omega–RTR framework record DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18828180 and should be interpreted as a benchmarkable weak-field application of the regulatory closure principle, not as a standalone replacement of the full theory.
Notes
Other (English)
The attached file “Omega RTR Closure Equation and Emergent Modulation of Gravitation.pdf” is a theoretical companion article to the SPARC empirical publication. It formulates the Omega–RTR closure equation as a variational principle for emergent gravitation and develops the idea that the observed gravitational response of an object or system may be modulated by its regulatory closure state.
The article does not claim that the baryonic mass of an object changes. Instead, it introduces the concept of projected gravitational efficiency: the same baryonic system may appear gravitationally enhanced or attenuated depending on how its matter distribution is embedded in the deeper entropic–informational closure sector. In the weak-field limit, this is expressed through an effective potential and acceleration,
Φeff = Φbar + Φcl,
aeff = abar + acl,
where the closure contribution can either reinforce or partially screen the baryonic gravitational response.
The text also connects the theoretical closure equation to the galactic weak-field residual
X(r) = V²(r) − V²bar(r),
which is the central empirical quantity used in the SPARC branch of the Omega–RTR program. In this sense, the file provides the theoretical bridge between the abstract closure principle, emergent modulation of gravitation, and the benchmarkable interpretation of halo-like effects as regulatory residuals rather than independent dark substances.
Přiložený soubor „Omega RTR Closure Equation and Emergent Modulation of Gravitation.pdf“ je teoretickým doprovodným článkem ke SPARC empirické publikaci.
Φeff = Φbar + Φcl,
aeff = abar + acl,
X(r) = V²(r) − V²bar(r),
které tvoří centrální empirickou veličinu SPARC větve programu Omega–RTR. V tomto smyslu soubor poskytuje teoretický most mezi abstraktním principem uzávěru, emergentní modulací gravitace a benchmarkovatelnou interpretací halo-like efektů jako regulačních reziduí, nikoli jako nezávislých temných substancí.
