CLARIFICATION DOCUMENT The Reality Level Analyzer(TM)

This document is a formal clarification of ownership, purpose, and intellectual property status of the Reality Level Analyzer(TM), a diagnostic classification system independently conceived, designed, and developed by Dr. Melvin Sewell under Structured Multiversal Interactions (SMI). The Analyzer operates through four proprietary indices -- the Narrative Origin Index (NOI), Foundational Qualifier Index (FQI), Reality Authority Index (RAI), and Digital Environment Degradation Index (DEDI) -- which measure structural characteristics of defined realities using deterministic, repeatable methods. A U.S. provisional patent application was filed with the USPTO on June 22, 2025 (Application #63/828,231). This document also serves to formally distinguish the Reality Level Analyzer(TM) from Renesas Electronics Corporation's unrelated "Reality AI Tools" product, an embedded sensor analytics platform for TinyML and IoT hardware. The two systems share no intellectual property, codebase, methodology, or affiliation. This clarification is published to correct any erroneous conflation across search engines, databases, and digital archives.
