本稿は、感性都市論(Sensibility Urbanism)を、都市の見えない価値を捉え実装可能な形式へ翻訳するための理論フレームワークとして提示するワーキングペーパーである。Harmonismを基礎思想に持ち、都市感性三層モデル(Urban Mille-feuille Model)・まち感性指標・デュアルKPI・ロジックモデルを実装装置として構成する。大阪・広島における実装事例を含む。著者:小島和人(Kazuto Kojima)/ Loftwork Inc.・FabCafe Osaka

This paper proposes Sensibility Urbanism (感性都市論) as a theoretical framework for redefining urban value through the lens of sensibility and lived urban experience. Grounded in Harmonism, it argues that urban value is constituted not only by economic and infrastructural performance but also by sensory, bodily, and temporal experience. The paper introduces the Urban Mille-feuille Model, the Machi Sensibility Index, the Dual KPI framework, and the Logic Model as key structures for translating sensible urban value into socially legible and practically applicable forms. It also develops an ethics of inheritance and positions Sensibility Impact Assessment as a complementary perspective in urban development. This version is presented as a working paper (v0.2).
