Description

This article examines the development of management competencies, 
critical thinking, and reflective skills in higher education. Based on the analysis of 
theoretical sources, the importance of Problem-Based Learning (PBL), reflective practice, 
and team-based project methods is highlighted. The paper presents scientific approaches 
aimed at developing students’ competencies such as management, analytical thinking, and self-assessment. The findings demonstrate that critical thinking, reflection, and management 
abilities develop in an interconnected manner. Additionally, the effectiveness of active 
learning methods, reflective writing, and project-based approaches in competency 
development is theoretically substantiated.
