The apartment communities require their function- alities such as visitor management, complaint resolving and billing operations, and resident-administrator correspondence to be in smooth operations. The pre-established way of management employs manual operations alongside isolated computer tools that generate issues in terms of productivity and system security. The present research proposes a smart community management system based on artificial intelligence that can provide centralized management of apartment services using its single control plat- form. The system allows the residents to design QR visitor passes and make complaints and utilize community services online. Securities are able to scan the QR code at the entrance and check the information about the visitors immediately. The system applies the artificial intelligence to facilitate automated processes that involve complaint management, and chat robot. The three primary roles of the system have helped it benefit the residential communities by enabling the organizations serve them in a better way as they secure their property and provide the community members with a simple online management system.
