- processed_h5.tar.bz2: contains the HDF5 files for the neural datasets used in the paper. it also contains a csv manifst listing the .h5 files and their SHA256 checksums
- neuropal_label.jld2.bz2: contains the NeuroPAL identity labels for the datasets
- neuropal_label.json.bz2: the same NeuroPAL label in JSON format
- restructure_script.jl: script used to convert the Dryad HDF5 files into the standard data structure used in the lab
