The field of cloud computing together with artificial intelligence and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies has devel- oped intelligent systems which can monitor activities in real time while making decisions. The paper presents a serverless cloud platform which enables intelligent pet care assistance through its integration of IoT devices and machine learning models and its conversational AI assistant which uses the Gemini API (Large Language Model). The system collects real-time data from wearable pet devices such as smart collars and environmental sensors which gather essential health data including heart rate and temperature and activity levels and behavioral patterns. The data undergoes processing through a serverless architecture which provides automatic scaling capabilities and decreases infrastructure needs and handles event-driven processing tasks with high efficiency. The conversational AI module uses Gemini LLM to understand user queries in natural language and provide context-aware, personalized responses. Machine learning techniques identify anomalies while predicting health risks and creating actionable insights throughout the system. The proposed solution offers a unified, scalable, and intelligent platform which improves pet healthcare management through its ability to monitor pets in advance and support better decision making and provide customized recommendations for pet owners.
