Description
This dataset contains nutrient analysis and qPCR-based gene expression data investigating the impact of biosynthesized silver nanoparticles (N5.12-AgNPs) from Pseudomonas N5.12 on tomato plants exposed to drought stress.
Tomato plants were cultivated under greenhouse conditions and pretreated with bacterial cells (Сells), bacterial filtrate (ML), and AgNPs (NP30 and NP60). Treatments were applied either via soil drench or foliar spray prior to the induction of drought stress.
The results indicate that AgNPs may enhance nutrient transport and activate stress-responsive pathways, contributing to improved drought tolerance in tomato plants.
The data was generated within the MSCA4Ukraine project (ID: 101101923), funded by the European Union.
