DOPVIT - Vision Transformer for tree species classification from aerial DOP

Overview

DOPVIT is a vision-transformer model for classification of tree species from aerial digital orthophotography.
The presented model was applied in [paper DOI] for the binary classification of fir and spruce trees in 20cm resolution aerial DOP.
