Description
The invention relates to autonomous power supply systems. A pneumatic accumulator generator with buffer cycle comprising a compressed gas tank (250–300 L, 10 bar), a rotary vane pneumatic motor with cam impact mechanism (400 L/min, 4.33 kW), a mechanical transmission with flywheel (i = 2.67), a 28 V DC generator (η = 0.92, 3.78 kW), an MPPT charge controller, a 24 V / 460 Ah battery, a 230 V / 5,000 VA inverter, and a 440 L/min / 3.0 kW compressor. Inverter output power (3.40 kW) fully covers internal consumption (3.06 kW), provides continuous battery charging, and delivers 300 W to external consumers. Compressor flow exceeds pneumatic motor flow by 40 L/min, ensuring continuous tank pressure maintenance. The system stops only upon complete tank depletion or battery degradation (10–15 years). No harmful emissions.
The invention is positioned solely as an autonomous low-power source (300 W / 230 V) with unlimited operating time from a charged tank — this is the genuine value advantage of the invention: as an autonomous serviceable power supply for telemetry, emergency lighting, communications, and small tools — where 300 W / 230 V 50 Hz finds its own application, operating until component wear, without fuel or emissions, addressing emergency and auxiliary power tasks.
