Description

P.A.G.A.S. Mini is a low-cost open-hardware wearable device designed to deliver precisely controlled binaural audio and bone-conduction geometric stimulation for consciousness research applications. It serves as the physical implementation of the MediaBox perceptual induction system described in CEP Volume VIII and as the environmental control variable delivery system for the NIRA Formal Experimental Protocol. The core architecture uses a Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-S3 microcontroller driving dual micro-piezoelectric bone conduction transducers housed in a 3D-printed Reuleaux triangle shell — a housing geometry chosen for its three-point symmetry, constant-width mechanical properties, and deliberate encoding of the triplet structure of the MT fractal time crystal architecture. Total build cost targets $43–103 USD using globally available commodity components. This document provides the complete reconstructable build protocol including full bill of materials with sourcing guidance, wiring diagram with GPIO pin assignments, I²S audio signal chain specifications, firmware architecture for binaural beat generation and frequency sweeping, Reuleaux triangle shell mathematical definition and 3D print settings, assembly protocol, and EEG sync trigger specifications.
