Description
Digital transformation has become an essential component of organizational development, particularly in the real estate and infrastructure sector. Effective management practices play a crucial role in facilitating technological adoption and organizational change. This study explores how management strategies contribute to digital transformation within construction and real estate projects. The research focuses on the Ganga Millennium project developed by Goel Ganga Developments as a pilot study to understand the relationship between managerial practices and digital adoption. The study uses a qualitative approach supported by limited primary observations and secondary sources such as industry reports and academic literature. Key management practices such as leadership support, technological training, process automation, and communication systems were analyzed to determine their impact on digital transformation. The findings suggest that strong leadership commitment, structured planning, and employee engagement significantly influence the successful implementation of digital tools in project management. The research concludes that management practices act as a catalyst for technological integration, improving operational efficiency, transparency, and project coordination in real estate development projects.
