Description
The SoilWise-he project aims to develop an open access knowledge and data metadata catalogue to safeguard soils. This GithHub repository provides INSPIRE Soil (SO) GeoPackage resources plus a SensorThings API 2.0 (draft) implementation to publish soil observations as interoperable time series (HTTP/MQTT).
