Control y vigilancia en tiempos del coronavirus

This article, published in issue 45 of the Journal of the University of San Carlos of Guatemala, invites us to observe certain effects of the so-called "new normal" as mechanisms of biopower, digital consumption, social isolation, 24/7 home office, the hyperconnectivity of social media users trapped on their screens, and fear as the guest of honor in our daily lives.
