ePIC COLLABORATION CHARTER

Description

ePIC (Electron-Proton/Ion Collider Experiment) is a collaboration of international Institutions that have joined together to design, construct, commission, and operate the ePIC detector to exploit the physics potential of the Electron-Ion Collider (EIC), which is being jointly realized by Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) and the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (JLab). The ePIC Collaboration shall strive for excellence in scientific research and for promoting advances in basic science within the nuclear physics community, as well as to broader audiences.

This document is the ePIC Charter v2.0 that describes the overall governance structure of the Collaboration.
