D6.3 Third Policy Brief

The Third Policy Brief consolidates the policy development process undertaken within

EPIC-WE and presents a final set of recommendations grounded in empirical

experimentation, stakeholder dialogue, and structured validation. Building on the

exploratory framing of the First Policy Brief (D6.1.), and the refinement process

outlined in the Second Policy Brief (D6.2.), this deliverable synthesises the cumulative

insights generated across the project into a coherent, strategically positioned policy

framework.
