A Solar-Powered Modular Smart Biogas System with Automated Control, Safety Mechanism, Hybrid Organic Waste Processing and Integrated Real-Time Biogas-to-Electricity Dual-Mode Output Using Priority-Based Logic
Authors/Creators
Description
The present invention discloses a solar-powered modular smart biogas system for converting hybrid organic
waste into biogas and organic fertilizer with integrated real-time dual-mode output. The system comprises a
digester tank, solar power unit, smart control unit with priority-based logic algorithm, sensors, automatic
mixing mechanism, temperature regulation system, gas filtration unit, dual safety mechanisms, and a biogas
to-electricity conversion unit with automatic diverter valve, genset and inverter. The smart control unit
automatically optimizes biogas utilization between cooking and electricity generation in real-time, ensuring
zero wastage. The system operates autonomously using only solar energy, supports modular expansion and
provides improved efficiency, safety and complete independence from conventional fuels.
