THE ROLE OF PROJECT RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC GROWTH OF REGIONS

The article explores the role of project resource management in sustainable economic growth of regions. Resources are categorized into human (team, specialists) and financial (budget, expenses). Based on PMBOK® Guide 8th edition, it examines human resource management using RACI matrix, KPIs, and agile methods, and financial resources via budget formation, cost control, and risk management. Project management systems ("Basic", "Complex", "Turnkey") are compared, with historical development (CPM, PERT methods, Gantt charts) highlighted. Effective management ensures timely, budgeted, and quality project completion, contributing to regional development.
