Feeling the Ancient Pulse: An AI-Assisted Interactive Platform for Experiencing Galenic Pulse Theory

This abstract presents an AI-assisted interactive platform designed to make Galen’s theory of the pulse more accessible by transforming complex textual descriptions into visual, tactile, and experiential forms. It argues that such visualizations function not simply as illustrations but as scholarly interpretations, while also showing how human–AI collaboration can support the creation of innovative digital humanities tools for the study of ancient medicine.
