DeepCore Power: Modular Underwater Nuclear Power Plant with Integrated Passive Safety — Technical Disclosure & Defensive Publication
Description
Defensive publication establishing prior art. Presents DeepCore Power, a modular underwater nuclear power plant architecture placing reactor modules in concentric toroidal rings beneath an artificial lake. Each 50 MW module features a dome-breach flooding mechanism as ultimate failsafe, ensuring zero atmospheric release. Reactor-technology agnostic, scalable to 250 MW clusters. Released to the public domain for open implementation.
