In modern language education, the development of speaking fluency is a central goal in forming communicative competence. While traditional approaches often emphasize accuracy and controlled practice, they may not adequately prepare learners for spontaneous communication. This article explores a range of practical and research-informed strategies aimed at improving speaking fluency in English as a foreign language (EFL) contexts.
