Dieser Beitrag ist der erste Band der Reihe „Quantenmonaden – Kommentare & Kritiken“, die interdisziplinäre Perspektiven auf die Theorie der Quantenmonaden dokumentiert.
Der vorliegende Kommentar von Hansjörg Böheim (Diplom-Mathematiker, Nebenfach Theoretische Physik) analysiert die Theorie aus mathematischer Sicht, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Begriffsverwendung, strukturelle Konsistenz sowie die Einbettung in etablierte mathematische Konzepte wie Hilberträume und Funktionalanalysis.
Die Stellungnahme identifiziert zentrale offene Fragen, unter anderem bezüglich der Präzisierung grundlegender Begriffe, der formalen Struktur sowie der Anschlussfähigkeit an bestehende mathematische Theorien. Dabei wird der Ansatz als konzeptionell interessant, jedoch in wesentlichen Punkten als noch nicht hinreichend spezifiziert bewertet.
Der Kommentar bezieht sich auf die Bände I–VI der Publikationsreihe zur Theorie der Quantenmonaden von Jürgen Theo Tenckhoff und wird in unveränderter Form veröffentlicht.
Ziel der Reihe ist es, die wissenschaftliche Diskussion zur Theorie der Quantenmonaden durch transparente Veröffentlichung externer Fachkommentare zu fördern.
Abstract (English)
This contribution is the first volume of the series “Quantum Monads – Comments & Critiques”, which documents interdisciplinary perspectives on the theory of quantum monads.
The present commentary by Hansjörg Böheim (graduate mathematician, minor in theoretical physics) analyzes the theory from a mathematical perspective, focusing on conceptual definitions, structural consistency, and its potential integration into established mathematical frameworks such as Hilbert spaces and functional analysis.
The commentary identifies several open issues, particularly regarding the precise definition of key concepts, the formal structure of the theory, and its compatibility with existing mathematical approaches. The theory is assessed as conceptually interesting but insufficiently specified in essential aspects.
The commentary refers to volumes I–VI of the publication series on the theory of quantum monads by Jürgen Theo Tenckhoff and is published in its original, unmodified form.
The aim of the series is to foster scientific discourse by providing transparent access to external expert critiques of the theory.
