Toward a Coherent Society - An Education-Centered, Anarchist Framework

This paper proposes a framework for organizing society around education, shared respon-
sibility, and cooperation without coercion. It does not offer a finished blueprint. Instead,
it lays out principles, practical mechanisms, and safeguards; ones that can be questioned,
adjusted, and improved over time. It also faces the hard questions honestly: how would such
a system come to exist, what happens when it faces outside threats, and how long would it
realistically take? Treating those difficulties openly is not a weakness of the argument. It is
part of it.
