Regulation Structures in Persistent Selection Systems: RG-0 to RG-9 and the Life-Regulation-Proto Kernel in D-Architecture
Description
This note presents RG-0 to RG-9 of D-Architecture as the first necessary operational structure that appears after Life once mere continuation is no longer enough to preserve future-selectable openness. It formalizes the Life-Regulation-Proto (LRP) kernel through Rate, Delay, Buffer, Suppress, pattern-based signal coupling, Restoration Channel, and Proto-Model. The note supplements the prior reductio derivation of D-Architecture and the published Operational Conditions note by specifying the regulation layer as an implementation-relevant but non-teleological structural kernel.
