This article analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical opportunities for commercializing cultural heritage through startups. It highlights the role of innovative approaches, digital technologies, and creative ideas in developing cultural heritage in modern forms. The study also demonstrates the importance of startups in promoting cultural values, engaging the younger generation, and contributing to regional economic development. Furthermore, the article examines challenges related to preserving authenticity, financing, and management in the commercialization process, and proposes recommendations for addressing these issues.
