Time resolved-spectra of two planetary transits: V1298 Tau b and HIP67522 b
Description
This archive contains time-resolved spectra of the planetary transits for V1298 Tau b and
HIP67522 b, accounting for the presence of unocculted spots. These spectra were computed using
the model presented in Petralia et al. (2025) and the stellar parameters specified in Axis A.1. For
the planetary transmission component, the mod2_pt2 model was employed (see ExoCASH:
Models, Spectra & Simulations for further details).
Technical Specifications:
• Wavelength range: 0.45 to 8 micron;
• Spectral resolution: R3000, Super-sampled by a factor of 3;
• Temporal coverage: Simulations span 2.5 times the transit duration, centered at the first
mid-transit time of the TESS sector analyzed in Axis A.1. The spot configuration is
consistent with the photometric analysis of that sector;
A README.txt file provides instructions on how to access and read the two spectral data files:
• V1298taub.npz
• HIP67522b.npz
