TLR-5: Local Resource Theory — Informational Structure of Reality and Experimental Verification on ATLAS Open Data
Description
This paper presents the Local Resource Theory (TLR-5), which interprets physical laws as computational processes within spacetime nodes. The work provides a mathematical link between particle mass and informational complexity. We present an analysis of ATLAS Open Data (13 TeV), identifying a significant correlated anomaly at 83.18 GeV. The results show a surplus in the muon channel and a corresponding deficit in the electron channel, supporting the theory's prediction of informational resource redistribution. Dedicated to the memory of Nurgul.
